We had a very lovely stay at the 27 Brighton! Antony is a great and courteous host and always helpful if you need any recommendations. We felt very welcome and comfortable and I especially want to point out the amazing home-cooked breakfast Antony serves! The room was spotlessly clean and tidy with a stylish interior. You can really feel that a lot of compassion is poured into this guesthouse. We would visit again any time!

We have just returned from an amazing 3 night stay at 27 Brighton, which we wish could have been longer! Antony was so welcoming and warm, reflected in his beautifully presented guesthouse. The whole place was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully decorated and had all the amenities you need for a fabulous visit to Brighton - things like the iron and ironing board in the room, powerful hairdryer and sturdy umbrella were just a few of the nice practical touches that were provided in the room. The bed was so comfy, that it was very difficult to get out of it in the mornings, though we were coaxed out by the thought of the fabulous breakfast Antony provided. In our case, we had enquired as to whether a vegan breakfast could be provided - Antony provided reassurance before we arrived that this was possible - and totally delivered! Not only had Antony especially catered for our dietary requirements at breakfast, providing both continental and cooked breakfast options, he provided soy milk in the fridge in the room for in coffees! The 27 is in the perfect location, with attractions being walkable and some lovely pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby. All in all, one of the best stays we‘ve had in a long time and one I’ll be thinking of until we return!

The location is great, 20 minute walk to and from the train station and a 3 minute walk to the beach and pier. The hotel is clean and our host Anthony was very friendly and helped recommending places to go eat and visit. The room was smaller than a normal room but well equipped, with a fan, bath stuff, a fridge and even a bonus free biscuits and a Giraffe to keep us company😎

A truly 5 star experience at 27, Antony is epitome of a master of hospitality! Went to Brighton for the bank holiday weekend and staying here made the trip. Room was quiet, perfectly appointed with a lovely shower, bed so comfortable too. The quality of the bedlinen and towels, just spot on too! The location is superb, so close to the seafront and the lanes. Amazing place, amazing service, amazing location, can't wait to go back!

Wonderful stay at 27 Brighton. Antony made me feel welcome. Comfortable bed and attractive room. Very clean. Close to Brighton, Kemptown and Hove shops and attractions. Breakfast was wonderful and presented well. I highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast for your trip. I enjoyed my trip and my stay at 27 Brighton was beautiful.
