Eve Darton1 StarAvoid this hotel, pictures are not true to what we stayed in. Bathroom was in a terrible state. Asked for a sea view looked like we were staying at a prison (would of had a more of a sea view if we stayed at Alcatraz) staff did not have a clue about parking. Door to our room did not lock properly. Definitely not worth the £199 we paid for. The bedding smelt as if they had been aired in smoking room. Avoid this hotelTuesday 10th August 2021

Erisa DS5 StarGreat place, lovely staff. Room clean and cosy, with everything we needed- we used the family room. The high walls and windows give a sense of great space and light. Hotel is close to everything in the city and just a few steps away from the seaside which made it all perfect. Had a great stay, thank you!Monday 24th May 2021

B1 StarThis review has been edited since the owner replied:
Awful rooms. My friend stayed in what seemed like a basement room (but he has confirmed it was at ground level but incredibly dark). When I visited it had a damp smell and the entire floor was sloping. When he left his clothes smelt of damp. According to the owner it was the most popular room which was an absolute lie. The toilet door of his room wouldn't even shut when he was on the toilet because the room was too small (see attached picture - i would attach the video but only pics are allowed).Tuesday 6th July 2021
