Overall very nice staff, room was pleasant, room service was quick and shower was great. The walls seemed like they were paper thin however, so we could hear our neighbours frequently. We were also woken up at 5am on both nights by the screeching noise of the loading bay out the back of the hotel. Would recommend if you’re not looking for luxury.

Lots of issues with hotel. Booked dinner B&B, first night no restaurant open. No-one new what was on the menu that we could eat so we were refunded our meal plan & ate elsewhere. 26 minutes check in & at least 30 minutes check out. Friends room safe didn't work & no working light, reported to maintenance... Never fixed. Tea tray not replenished in our room. Under sofa in our room old sweets, breakfast cereal & rubbish, never cleaned, even after reporting it. Good points.. Lovely view, good location, friendly staff & very spacious room although no drawers in room at all so underwear etc had to go on floor of wardrobe....?

First of all would love to share about parking which is underground and not enough spaces for hotel guests .Most Spaces reserved for flats right next to Hotel .. it took us 2 and half hour to park our car and then 1 hour for check in because of long queue ,Only 2 receptionist were dealing with more than 40 guests ,finally checked in with £20 paid parking .Rooms werent as expected like other holiday inns ........ 5 stars for STAFF they were friendly .

Great location. Breakfast is good with a good selection. The room we had was spacious and very comfortable. We used the hotel carpark which was good. If one is a IHG member one gets a £5 discount.

Just not very nice. Really needs an update. Staff were great but for the price I would expect a lot more
