Ian5 StarI had lunch with a friend at Hotel du Vin Bistro one Saturday back in July. We sat indoors, as the weather was wet. The bar and restaurant are nicely decorated with a very pleasant ambiance. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially the Italian waiter who took very good care of us. We enjoyed chatting to him about Italian culture and the best places to visit in Italy. The food and drink was very good quality and nicely priced. Well recommended.Wednesday 3rd November 2021

Charles knight5 StarWe (me + wife, 2 teenagers, 2 dogs) popped in yesterday afternoon for drinks in the courtyard area. We were treated so well by our waiting staff George and Zoe who made us feel so welcome that we cancelled our dinner plans elsewhere and came back in the evening. It turned out to be a wise choice. The food was excellent and freshly prepared. The service was again brilliant. George was still working and was an absolute dream of a waiter- very personable and charming and very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Every hospitality outlet needs George. We had a great time - can’t wait till we’re back in Brighton for a return visit!Thursday 26th August 2021
Ilya Zakharov5 StarExcellent rooms, very dog friendly and great cuisine. The highlight and what truly makes this a 5* rating is the staff. Everybody is extremely helpful and nice, George and Maya were particularly wonderful and took great care of us, their service was so great we ended up returning for drinks later on in the day after having checked out! My husband and I visited here for our Anniversary - and the whole experience was PERFECT 👍 the food (6 courses) was amazing, the ambiance was perfect and the Service was OUTSTANDING!! And great value for money - we can’t wait to return! A special Thanks to Giorgios - the Bistro Manager - his knowledge of the different wines was excellent and he was friendly and attentive throughout the whole evening 😀 I would give 6 STARS if I could 🙏🏻Saturday 9th October 2021
