Susan ibbetson3 StarSuch a shame. The foyer/atrium is impressive and my daughter's room was nice. But when we tried to have a drink at the bar (at 10.45pm), we were told they were closing. My daughter and her partner explained we were all celebrating her birthday and they were booked in for two nights. It made no difference! Public AND guests cannot be served. They had also planned to eat at the hotel restaurant. It was CLOSED. (Pictures of the restaurant and meal were in their ads and NO mention of it being Closed). They had a frantic search to find Anywhere to eat, 6pm in Brighton on a Saturday. We finally ate (Chinese) at 9pm. Jury's hotel was a big disappointment and for the two reasons above, not worth the money they paid.Saturday 20th November 2021

Room v comfortable, hotel welcoming and staff most obliging. Breakfasts good. Pool area great.
Only niggle is v minimal housekeeping service. Able to request more towels, coffee tray items, toiletries, loo roll etc and collect from Reception, but seem to be collecting something most days!
Would just prefer bathroom to be cleaned regularly.Thursday 16th September 2021
Sanchia Alasia4 StarGreat hotel right on the Brighton seafront. Very friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Rooms were large and comfortable. There was a swimming pool with steam room and sauna but unfortunately not jacuzzi which would've made me give it 5 stars. But overall a great experienceWednesday 20th October 2021
Lauraj794 StarFirst impressions of the hotel was lovely, the car park is a problem with others as well, I eventually found a space on level 2, I couldn't find level 4.
Staff were friendly and helpful when checking in, room was clean apart from one short curly in the shower.
My room looked straight onto the beach. I had a cooked breakfast in the morning which was nice, serve your own, I was offered a table of my choice which was a nice touch.
I would stay here again and maybe for a bit longer so I could use there facilities.Friday 29th October 2021
Tasha Adams5 StarAbsolutely loved staying here for 2 nights for our wedding reception. The staff and services they offer are amazing. Nothing is too much for them big or small. Very welcoming and friendly. The food and drinks were delicious. Made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend anyone stay here or pop in for a meal. I also highly recommend any future wedding receptions or ceremonys be booked here, you will not be disappointed. The wedding coordinator is absolutely amazing and helped us with everything we needed her for. She was incredible and made our special day extra special with her ideas, advice and guidance. My husband and I are overwhelmed with happiness and how well our wedding went, we cant thank Jury's Inn Waterfront Brighton staff enough ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Friday 8th October 2021
