David Woods4 StarOur seafront room was well equipped and breakfast was very good- buffet style. Eggs can be cooked to order if not wanting fried. Good wine selection by the glass in the bar and reasonable prices.
Small car park on site £25 per day but that is the going rate for Brighton!
Take earplugs because Brighton seafront is always noisy and windows not double glazed - probably a planning issue on this grand old buildingMonday 22nd November 2021
Asif Tulah4 StarGreat location for a trip to Brighton and hood quality hotel which you'd expect from Mercure. Our rooms were a decent size for two people and comfortable. Bathroom nice and modern. A good lounge area to relax in the hotel lobby or the bar. Cooked breakfast was also good and complimented the continental option - perfect to fuel the start of the day.Thursday 2nd September 2021
Emily Gilbert5 StarAbsolutely stunning interior!! Such a beautiful hotel the outside just doesn’t do it justice.
I even had an upgrade to a sea view which was totally unexpected but so lovely!
Staff were great, restaurant was good too, and the room was just what I needed to relax after a long drive and a day on site. Amazing from start to finish. Thanks so much!Thursday 5th August 2021
Lily White5 StarMy family and I enjoyed a one night stay and found the hotel really lovely, a beautiful entrance, friendly staff, very clean and tidy and most welcoming. We can't comment about the food here because we did not have the opportunity to eat here, but a nice place to stay in a good location. We truly recommend xxSunday 3rd October 2021
Graham Bell5 StarWhat a gem!! Very lovely reception area and likewise the staff were very pleasant. We decided to eat in the restaurant and although the menu was quite limited what they did was done well. (Especially the pork belly!) The room I had was OK, with a nespresso machine. The cooked breakfast was the 'order at the table' kind rather than the self service, and was all the better for it.Sunday 31st October 2021
