Having tried to call for over an hour to your “dedicated 24/7” support line and still not being able to access the building. You are insane and I personally think your a scam artist . I’ve been left on the streets tonight due to your lack of incompetence and I have a video to show no staff were there on site to assist me when I arrived. disgusted and appalled is an understatement.Tuesday 28th July 2020
Andrei G4 StarSpent some nights here in a 3 bed dorm. The room and the toilet was sparkling clean, although the room very small; we were three people but only two chairs. Decent overall. By the way, you must bring your towel, otherwise they'll just rip you off 6£ for it! Helpful staff!Sunday 1st September 2019
