Many of these reviews don't seem genuine. Are people paid to write this gushing tripe? The place is dirty, smelly, cramped and dangerous. Does not feel safe. Horrible, vile horrible place. Showers filthy. Kitchen filthy. No soap. Angry signs berating the tenants. Vending machine broken. Mattresses covered in plastic. Bunks are three high. Rooms a lot smaller than photos. There is no garden. No soap even in the toilet next to the kitchen. Narrow corridors, feels like a fire trap. We asked for a refund, as other people who stayed there know, this does not appear. Not surprised really, it's not a place run by genuine people that's on the level.

The owner of this hostel/guesthouse doesn't have any respect for the staff that works hard to make the place better. There's members of staff still waiting for payments from him. And if we go try to collect, he calls the security... He doesn't deserve that people spend money in there. He doesn't deserve the hard work from anyone, especially from the manager. Ramona is the only reason that makes people (staff especially) stay there.
